We asked participants to let us know what their favorite flavor was, and why they liked it via the "Join The Love Bunch" Facebook tab. "Love backs" were pushed out through various digital channels such as Tumblr, Twitter, Youtube, Facebook, and the HBO site itself. All latering up to a fan of the week, or month, being giving a years supply of their favorite flavor, or more. We saw an increase from roughly 8200 Facebook Likes when we started, to 92k. creating rich and engaging banners that achieved 5%-6% click through rate. One of the creative catches to these banners were that they were day-parted. If they were viewed in the evening, the look and feel was that of nighttime, and vice versa for the daytime.
